This trip enable one to explore parts of the Khangai Mountain Range National Park ecosystem near the Karakorum which is the large wild area left in the Mongolia. The best way to experience the full majesty of this country and its wild kingdom is by traveling on horseback with pack animals to set up camps in the heart of the wilderness. The spectacular passes between mountain valleys are between 2000 and 2500m. The mighty river of Orkhon have their beginnings here as tiny springs on the mountainside. Each valley has its own distinct character with meadows of lupine in one and craggy cliffs in another. One or two nights the camp will stay in the same spot to allow guests to ride out for the day, hike or fish. This wonderful adventure provides an opportunity to see this glorious, untamed landscape which is unchanged since the early explorers found it.
The Khagiin Khar Lake is of outstanding natural beauty with rich forests and small blue lake. This unique lake is very interesting place in Khentii Mountain Range. The lake is close to the Terelj village situated at the middle of Gorkhi-Terelj N.P.
