Discount policy: We always try to lower the our service prices by looking better solution for our customers. Here is several Discount Policy you can save until 10% that we can do on our best for our customers.

? Why domestic flight not included? The rate of the flight tickets is not constant, very changeable & will depends by many reasons such us when to buy etc. But we are able to book the tickets for you in their contract price without any charge or you directly to book by youself. There is 2 companies running in the business Aero Mongolia & Hunnu Air. You can google & book the tickets online.

Why food service not included in the Budget Arrangement? You can buy meals from local ger guesthouses by paying only 2 or 3 usd per meal. There is plenty of food shops on the way when you are touring. You can carry your own food from UB. It is nice you eat our own breakfast and then buy meals for lunch and dinner. Meals will be basic and usually cooked Mongolian traditional or Russian styled foods. Or you can get basic free kitchen belongings from us and cook yourself. more other Customers’ FAQs

Detailed Itinerary

Day1. Karakorum- Genghis Khan’s former capital

breakfast time – drive to Karakorum /360 km/ – see Great Imperial Map – lunch time – visit to Erdene Zuu monastery complex and its turtle rocks – visit to Karakorum museum – dinner time – free time – overnight in Kharkhorin

Karakorum, the capital of Great Mongolian State where today there is a small local township. In the history, the city of Karakorum was founded in 1220 in Orkhon River Valley by order of Genghis Khan and after collapsing of Yuan dynasty of Khuvilai Khan Min state’s invaders sacked the city and massacred its inhabitants in 1388 and ruined it.

Day2. Tsenkher Hot Spring- relax in hot spa

breakfast time – drive to Tsenkher Hot Spring /120 km/ – lunch time – hike through Tsenkher River Valley – take rest – dinner time – relax in open bath – overnight in tourist ger camp

Tsenkher’s abundant therapeutic natural hot spring, flows out from the ground at +86°c, have been identified as amongst the best in the Mongolia in terms of healing qualities, radio energy & temperature variance & water supply, and are particularly effective in treating a multitude of ailments and skin diseases because they can accommodate many different forms/strengths of therapy.

Day3. Orkhon Waterfall- horse ride

breakfast time – drive to Orkhon Waterfall /120 km/ – lunch time – horse ride – dinner time – hike and explore Orkhon River Canyon and the Waterfall –  overnight in the nomadic family

Over 25 m high and 10 m wide Orkhon Waterfall is the biggest waterfall in the country and one of the most attractive destination in Orkhon River valley, UNISCO World heritage site. The surrounding areas of the waterfall was formed by volcanic activities dated back approximately 20,000 years and covered by over 10 m thick lava layer.

Day4. Ongi Monastery Ruin – hike

breakfast time – drive to Ongi Monastery /280 km/ – lunch time – visit to Ongi monastery and its ruins – dinner time – free time – overnight in there

Ongi Monastery Ruins is the visible ruins of a Buddhist monastery founded in 1760 and destroyed in 1937 by communists. Located on the shore of the Ongi River, the monastery was formerly one of the largest monasteries in Mongolia. Raw violence of the destruction at Ongiin Khiid was still visible, still palpable, even though it happened over years ago.

Day5. Bayanzag – dinosaur site

breakfast time – drive to Khongoryn els /170 km/ – stay in local accommodation – lunch time – short drive to Khongoryn els and enjoy and climb up to over 200 m high Khongoryn els (Singing or Khongor sand dunes) and ride two humped camels around picturesque desert oasis Khongoryn gol (Khongor river) – dinner time – free time – overnight in there

Bayanzag means saxual forest in English and area of red cliffs “Bayanzag” which have been formed from the erosion of the water and wind over many millions of years. A lot of dinosaurs’ findings such as Protoceratops & dinosaur’ eggs have been found there in first time. American zoologist Roy Chapman Andrews discovered this place and named as Flaming Cliffs.

Day6. Khongor Sand Dune – camel ride and sand climb up

breakfast time – drive to Khongoryn els /150 km/ – stay in local accommodation – lunch time – short drive to Khongoryn els and enjoy and climb up to over 200 m high Khongoryn els (Singing or Khongor sand dunes) and ride two humped camels around picturesque desert oasis Khongoryn gol (Khongor river) – dinner time – free time – overnight in there

Khongor is second biggest sand dune in the country that extend along the northern side of Sevrei and Zoolun mountain ranges. It range from 5 to 10 km in width, nearly 100 km long, with crests rising 80 to 300m above the surrounding landscape.

Day7. Yol Valley – horse ride & natural museum

breakfast time – drive to Yolyn Am (Eagle Valley) /190 km/ – lunch time – horse riding through Valley – see local museum at Yolyn Am – dinner time – free time – overnight in there

Yol means vulture in Mongolian and the valley begins from Zuun Saikhan Mountain, a branch of the Gurvan Saikhan Mountain range, and stretches over 10 km. The narrowest part, only 3 or 4 person can pass in same time, of the valley is completely shaded from the direct sun shine by high cliff walls.

Day8. Ulaanbaatar

breakfast time – drive to Dalanzadgad /60 km/ – fly to Ulaanbaatar /1.5 hours/ – transfer to your accommodation – end

  • Domestic flight companies accept only 10kg-15kg lugguge incuding your carry on bags too for free transfer.
