In 1991, the United Nations designated the Gobi as the fourth largest biosphere reserve in the world. The Gobi is vast. It covers almost a third of Mongolia and though it is classified as a desert, it is not as lifeless as the first time visitor might reasonably expect. While it is an arid area of largely homogenous scrubby steppe, it is dotted with camel breeders and some fascinating natural wonders. Day1. Arrive in Mongolia and Middle Gob desert Arrive in Ulaanbaatar (10:15), breakfast, visit to Main Squire of Ulaanbaatar and Bogd Khaan’s Winter Palace Museum, lunch, drive to Middle Gobi desert, arrive in Baga Gazryn Chuluu Natural Spot, stay in a tourist camp, dinner, well earned relax Day2. Dinosaur site (Bayanzag) Breakfast, visit to Baga Gazryn Chuluu Natural Beauty, drive to Bayanzag (Flaming Cliffs), lunch in picnic, drive in continue, dinner in tourist camp, see dinosaur site visit to local Ger Museum Day3.
