Tour Itinerary

  • We will pick you up from your accommodation at 08:00 o’clock
  • Drive to Mongol Nomadic Camp (50 km – around 1 hour on paved road). The camp hosts the Mongol Nomadic Show, a live cultural performance showcasing traditional nomadic life of Mongolians.
  • This engaging cultural program offers a vivid glimpse into Mongolia’s nomadic heritage through live demonstrations such as ger assembly with ox carts, nomadic migration, milking animals, and making traditional dairy products like airag and aaruul. Visitors will also see yak and camel caravans, traditional clothing, and impressive horsemanship including lassoing and bareback riding. The experience concludes with a short traditional folk concert featuring throat singing, horsehead fiddle, and folk dance — all set in the beautiful Mongolian steppe.
  • A traditional Mongolian lunch will be served at the camp, offering a taste of authentic local flavors.
  • Drive to Khustai National Park (50 km – 1 hour on the paved road). National Park Khustai where re-introduction of the wild takhi horses (Przhevalsky’s horses) has taken place since 1992. Takhi is last wild horse subspecies surviving in the 21st century. It was discovered in western Mongolia in the late 1870s by the Russian explorer N.M. Przhevalsky.
  • Then we will be spent at leisure hiking in the surrounding mountains for seeing the wild horses. If we luck we may see also maral deer & other animals.
  • Then we will ride horse. With no experience required.
  • After that we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar (90 km – 2 hours on mostly the paved road) and you will transferred to your accommodation.

End time: around 19:00 o’clock
