Known as the “Land of Shambhala,” this place is associated with spiritual enlightenment and energy flow, making it a favored destination for meditators and pilgrims.

Day1. Sainshand town

We will pick you up from your accommodation at 0900 o’clock & drive to Shand Town (460 km – 7 hours on the paved road). Overnight in the local hotel or tourist ger camp. /L,D/

Day2. Khamar Monastery & Energy Center

After breakfast time, we will drive to Khamar Monastery Complex (35 km on the paved road). The Khamar Monastery was established by educator, poet and noble monk Danzanravjaa in 1820. He chose the site of the monastery believing the surrounding area radiated with a spiritual energy fostered by the Gobi desert. But the monastery was completely destroyed by communist purges in 1937. Rebuilding efforts still continued from 1992 and got large success. There, we will see 108 Caves, dinosaur skeleton on the ground and petrified threes of Jurassic Period respectively. Also, we will hike around and enjoy small sand dunes. Overnight in the local hotel or tourist ger camp. /B,L,D/

Day3. Khamar Monastery & Energy Center

After breakfast time, we will will drive to Khusliin Khar Mountain (25 km on dirt road). It is believed to be the executor of the dream of the people. Climb up there & view from the top is spectacular. Then we will drive back to Sainshand town (35 km on the paved road). There we will visit to Danzanravjaa Museum. The exhibits are hidden treasures belonging to Mongolia’s most revered and multi-talented monk Danzanravjaa spent decades buried in there. Overnight in the local hotel or tourist ger camp. /B,L,D/

Day4. Choir Bogd Mountain

After breakfast time, we will drive to Choir Bogd Mountain (220 км – 3 hours on the paved road). Then we will drive to Tsoorkhoi Spring (10 km on the dirt road). Tsorkhoi Spring is very cold in summer but does not freeze in winter. It has an unusual feature. This spring is good for human internal organs, and local people have been drinking it. Then we will drive to White Tara Goddess (10 km on the dirt road). The White Goddess was carved on the rock, 245 cm high and 170 cm wide, at the site of the Tsogchin dugana of East Choir monastery in Borjigon region. In 1828, a typhus disease spread around Choir Monastery, killing monks and ordinary people. Therefore, the local people who sought a way to suppress this disease created the Longevity Goddess White Goddess on a granite rock, and there was no more typhoid fever. Then we will drive to Choir Bogd Mountain. There, we will see Single Monk Cave, Child Ovoo respectively. Also, we will hike around and enjoy rocky view. Then we will drive to Camel Caravan Statues. The caravan from Beijing to Da-Khure, the capital of Mongolia, passed through it, and the tea route was one of the important arteries of thousands of kilometers of roads connecting Asia and Europe. Then we will drive back to the tourist ger camp (20 km on the paved road). There we will visit to a Ethnic small museum in the tourist ger camp. The exhibits are hidden treasures belonging to Mongolia’s most revered and multi-talented monks of East Choir Monastery. Overnight in the local hotel or tourist ger camp. /B,L,D/

Day5. Back to Ulaanbaatar

After breakfast time, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar (230 km – 3 hours on the paved road). We will drop you off at your accommodation and the tour will end. /B/
